Had Whitehouse catering for my dads surprise 70th party on Jan 18th 2025. Id just like to say, they were excellent in all aspects. Delivery on time, friendly, the food was of a high standard, everything very well presented, and the only thing that was left at the end of the night was a bit of pasta salad. Everything else was gobbled up in quick succession - thank you for a hassle free, efficient and tasty service. Highly recommended!

Whitehouse Catering are absolutely wonderful!
We have used them many times now but a couple times now they have helped me out when I’ve been super stressed planning a very last minute party.
They’ve helped me choose the perfect catering based on number of guests, food requirements and budget when my brain hasn’t been braining ☺️
Staff are super friendly and helpful and their prices are really good.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and any time I need catering they will always be my go to!

Thanks Whitehouse Catering team. You do a great job and honestly you have saved me so much stress feeding our guests. Everyone always comments on the spread and asks who we got to cater for us.

Perfect location for where I needed to be. Top floor suite, so very quiet. Very clean and spacious. Non irritating decor.
A few issues: Directions need to be a bit more explicit. My Satnav took me a street away from the apartment block. When l did find it, there was no clear signage. Could do with THE WHITEHOUSE writ large on the front of the building. Inside, the doorway leading into the bedroom was tall enough for me. I'm 6 ft 3. However because of the slight slope of the floor; an old and lovely building, l bashed my head on the lintel over the door, coming out of the bedroom. There needs to be a clear sign stating "mind your head". Ironing board, iron and hairdryer all present. Shampoo and body gel present. Microwave, cutlery, condiments including complimentary tea, biscuits and milk sachets present.
Tv present and in working order.
Heating was temperamental.
All in all, l might have given Gilpin suite (The WHITEHOUSE) a lower overall score. However, I've plumped for full marks, simply because of Matt. His patience with directing me to the correct address demonstrated fantastic communication skills and customer service. As soon as l called him about the heating, he was round in minutes to correct it. Well done Matt.
I'd highly recommend this place to stay.

My father George, booked this firm for my mothers wake, we requested the food at a specific time. It arrived dead on the requested time, the presentation was marvellous and the food was second to non. Would definitely recommend this firm to anyone.
