We had a wonderful week! My husband and I were in our touring caravan, and my Son and Daughter each had a 3 bed silver mobile home. They were well equipped & were spotlessly clean. We would like to say a big thank you to the Stripey's- organising the children's entertainment. Enthusiastic and lovely- our 3 Granddaughter's were captivated!|The swimming pool was great- just the right temperature for little ones. The only improvement I can suggest is to try to get the gentleman in the shop to be a little more welcoming- a smile never hurts!!|Would definitely come again! X

Liked: Had a lovely stay at widemouth, the warden was very helpful arrived in the rain to find out we had lost a tent pole, the warden was very helpful and round us a spare. We was a group of 4 tents they had us pitched up next to each other with lots of space for the kids to play. The toilet blocks were very clean lovely warm showers. We all had a great weekend.

Disliked: Didn't dislike anything, we didn't realise the swimming pool didn't have showers, keep your entertainment passes on you, we had to go back to get ours before they would let us into the entertainment.

I was at the top of the park but unfortunately my car was written b fore my holiday. If it had not been for the quick thinking, politeness an d caring by the receptionist Hannah |and the housekeeping when they provided us with a buggy to take our cases and myself my friend and my dog. I think we might have had to camp in the clubhouse. The staff were very helpful in making sure we were ok for the rest of the week. Also Hannah arranged for Nash the security guard to take us back to our caravan on any occasion in the evening after we had come for a meal and we were extremely grateful to him using his own vehicle to help us out. We were extremely impressed by the standard ;of the food i n the clubhouse, it was well cooked always piping hot and the service by the staff in both the restaurant and the bar was always pleasant and friendly.

Stunning location, beautifully clean and comfortable caravan accommodation with everything you could need for a relaxing break.|This was our 3rd visit to this park this year, and we had only been home 2 days when we booked our 4th! Excellent value for money. |The staff are friendly and helpful, in the main. A situation with one member of staff, out of all the times we have visited, is easily ignored. Everyone else was absolutely 1st class. A special mention to Hannah, head receptionist who has been amazing every time we have dealt with her - super helpful and knowledgeable. A real credit to the company

The park itself is a completely standard UK caravan site. The caravans are ok but could do with some deep cleaning and TLC. The shower is rubbish and is so slow and cold. The bedrooms are ok but found many hairs in the bed. TV works fine. The amenities are dated and old. The arcade is rubbish with a few working machines and no ATM. The clubhouse area looked old. The pool is ok and good sized. Around the area there is a really great beach at wide mouth bay around a 10-15 minute walk through some roads and then a coastal path to the beach. There is a cafe on the beach. Budge is nearby which is good too.

Brilliant caravan. Brilliant venue. Brilliant staff, especially Hannah on reception. To be fair, all the staff were very attentive and accomdating. Brilliant food. Overall a fantastic weekend break. The park was really clean. The flowers were amazing. Thank you so much.

Breathtaking views and the caravan was massive and very impressive. The bar is lovely and the shop was well stocked. A big shout out to Rob who got us out of a massive hole by taking us to bude as all the taxis were unavailable . A nice touch that was really appreciated.

I made an official complaint with the park and they completely dismissed and made excuses for all my Concerns during my stay. I booked this through Booking.com and it didn't say anywhere that the pictures would be nothing like the accommodation. When We asked about this they said we can use pictures from any of our parks. It's not what you always get? The place we got was absolutely tiny and obviously nothing like the pictures. Bar closes whenever it wants and entertainment gets cancelled without any notice! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else
