We booked a family session on Good Friday not knowing what to expect. We had mixed age group ranging from 18-52 years. We were made instantly welcome and talked through everything. The sauna was cleaned before we went in and the temperature was wonderful and the set up is great you can cool off in the sea or pour cold water over yourself if the sea isn’t your thing. Will definitely be booking again. Most relaxing and brilliant experience.

We had the most wonderful afternoon! What a brilliant day to cheer up on a wet, grey, windy day! The sauna has beautiful views, the heat was perfect and topped off with the most lovely host. We will be most definitely be back😊

My hubby and I had a very lovely impromptu Sauna and sea swims this afternoon. The Sauna is just beautiful inside...the wood fire just smelled gorgeous! I loved the framed views of the surrounding area through the little windows....it was just so pretty and added to the feeling of relaxation. Went in the plunge bath 3times and walked to the sea twice during the hour. Plenty of cold water to drink during our session and tasty juicy orange slices at the end. We'll definately be back again!🥰

We had a brilliant sauna here in July, the owners were so welcoming and even looked after our dog so we could relax and make the most of our time. The view from the sauna is gorgeous and we took dips in the sea in between. They have really taken care to make the inside of the sauna beautiful and I’ll definitely visit again!

Visited with 6 friends and the whole experience was a delight. Gorgeous views, the sea a few seconds away and a quirky (and hot!) wood fired horsebox sauna. The stormy weather outside was a stark contrast to the cosiness within. So many nice little touches, from orange segments to the offer of scrubs, a cold water plunge tub and watering cans. Our host Niamh couldn't do enough for us, checking unobtrusively on our wellbeing throughout the session. A glorious and highly recommended way to while away an hour on scenic Widewater Lagoon.

Had a sauna here this afternoon and it was absolutely amazing, lovely little sauna clean and tidy in a beautiful spot on the beach clothes and valuables are watched by the owner and it was just the most amazing atmosphere very fresh people that shared the sauna. The sea is just a short stroll to dip into or there is a big tin bath. It was wonderful sitting in the sun chatting to like minded people. And 10mins before the session finished we we given orange slices! So if you are thinking about booking this sauna what are you waiting for? Go on you know you want to. 5 stars 🌟 I will be back

Fab little spot for a sauna right next to the Shoreham lagoon. Lovely views from inside with windows front and back. Opted for the homemade scrub at the end, great finishing touch. Right on the beach to be able to enjoy a swim at the same time. Even on a grey day, well enjoyable. Lovely hosts adding to the experience.
