We were going to Tetbury to see Sting at Westonbirt Arboretum and needed somewhere to stay the night, this place was perfect. Fabulous price and lots of parking. When we walked in the door we couldn’t believe how spacious and airy the room was. Included in the price was breakfast which was already in the room with milk and pastries in the fridge. We never saw a soul as it was remote check-in but oddly we felt very welcome. The place is brilliant and we will be using it again.

Loved our stay here, we've stayed at other hotels in the area but absolutely love this place. Really well positioned in town with everything in walking distance. Parking can be tricky but there's plenty around town close the the hotel.

All of the directions and check in details were really well explained and easy to follow.

Rooms are very comfortable and very well equipped, has everything you need.

We also visited the Wilder restaurant, which is an absolute must if your staying in Nailsworth. Fantastic fine dining restaurant with amazing food.

Very disappointing.
Website refers to new apartments - of course, this depends on when the website was launched. They must be quite a few years old as the TV (for example) wasn’t smart enough to allow even casting! So basic free to air and nothing else.
The internet QRcode didn’t work and despite texting the provided number and subsequently emailing, there wasn’t a response.
If you have contactless check-in, you should have a message from your host making sure all is ok as with Airbnb.
In addition to the TV the furniture is not of the quality you’d expect for the money.
The bathroom had a used loo paper roll (1/4 left) and despite searching high and low couldn’t find any spares.
The Venetian blinds don’t black out the room - very light first thing.
Bed etc good.
Combined shampoo and body wash is not a quality message.

Loved the room we booked & the extras provided...delicious homemade granola, bottled water, orange juice, muffins, teas & coffee, milk... well stocked fridge! Good location in town. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The owner was super friendly and made everything easy. The room was lovely and had everything and more that you could want including a lovely breakfast for the morning.

One warning, there are steep steps to get to the room we were in, but if you can manage those then it's worth it.

The room looks lovely on first appearance. We stayed in The Loft and it was really in need of some tlc. The floor in the bathroom is warped, there’s no water pressure in the sink and the sink was coming off the wall so I stopped leaning on it! The shower needs work, in general it’s poor. A bath took half an hour to fill. Not worth the price we paid, but location was fantastic for getting around. Bed was very comfortable which is important, but this room needs significant work, including the bathroom needing a decent renovation job. Also, to hear your cleaner openly being rude and complaining outside sat down isn’t exactly very good for business.

I stayed for one night for a work trip. Room was exactly what I needed. Self-check in. Breakfast was in room: cereal, orange juice, muffins, granola and yoghurt pot. Bed was comfy. Decor was nice. Good shower and mirrors. Windows were easy to open/ close. Isn’t really many local delivery places and the local supermarkets were small. My only suggestion was the milk tasted unusual to me so could have done with a label to confirm what type of milk it was.
