Willow House is a lovely place to stay in Perth. We felt welcome and comfortable in the inviting environment that Annette creates. The room was clean and the breakfasts were delicious. The location is convenient with only a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown and free parking on the premises. We will stay here again when visiting Perth.

A friendly welcome awaited us at the Willow House. It was very clean and the bedroom, although a bit wee, had plenty of space for our things and was nicely decorated. It was perfect for our one-night stay. There were chocolate sweets and tea/coffee in the room as well and the hostess was gracious enough to offer us wine glasses and a corkscrew to enjoy a glass of wine in our room in private. Our breakfast was very good and, although I didn't opt for the full Scottish breakfast, it was filling enough to give us a great start to the day. The B&B is about a 15 minute walk from downtown where the shops and restaurants are and although it is on a main roadway, it seemed that the noise from the street was minimal (our bedroom was located in the back half of the house, however). The street was busy when we arrived but seemed to be much less so as the night wore on. There is private parking onsite as well. I would definately recommend this place and/or stay here again if my travels brought me through the Perth area. Good value and service!

Stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast for 2 nights while staying in Perth for a music festival. The beds wonderfully clean and comfortable. We stayed in a family room with three beds on the first floor, the room was lovely, bathroom just out the door on the landing. Breakfast was excellent and Annette so attentive to her guests, little touches like organising taxis for us. Would definitely return if rooms available.

We stayed here for 1 night on a motorbike tour of Scotland and were very impressed. It was easy to find and well located all be it about a 15 min walk from Perth centre. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom more than adequate. Annette was so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was to die for!! I can't think of anything that wasn't offered and the cooked breakfast was enormous!!||||Well worth a visit.

This B&B, is beautiful.. It's done out gorgeous. I have never felt so comfortable away from home. |5 bedrooms all with there own on suits, kitchen what can I say... It has an ARGA, and have enjoyed cooking on it everyday I have been here. |The house is very warming if you want to stay in Perth this is the place to come. |

Its so hard to choose a nice place to stay , especially when its an impromptu getaway, but, we managed to find a lovely wee place in Perth. ||Room was lovely, basic but very nicely decorated , we choose the Superking Room at front of house , only wee gripe was the superking was 2 x single beds placed together . Bed was comfortable though. Don't be put off booking room at front of house, road quietens after 9 ( and not really noticeable as such before!) . House was warm , dry , clean and bright. Bathroom was very small ,but for one or two nights its ample - not complaining just being honest with description. The only gripe I had and to be honest its nit picking, on listing it states internet access is available , but, when we got there it wasn't. Close to Town Centre , easy to find . Landlady was lovely and friendly and the breakfast was to die for . Would thoroughly recommend!!!

Excellent B&b on main road into Perth with parking availble. It is clean comfortable and does a good breakfast. It is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. Despite being on main road it is quiet overnight.

Myself and 2 friends were in town for a concert, it was the perfect location, lovely warm welcome, the room was lovely and clean. The next morning when we went to breakfast, we were offered EVERYTHING, full cooked breakfast, cereals, hot croissants, toast, a great choice. It is a perfect place to stay and it's highly recommended to anyone.
