I had an appointment for classic lash extensions, the procedure was thoroughly explained as it was my first experience of lashes. The whole process was relaxing, and painless and professional. I was really pleased with the final results. I was given aftercare instructions which I followed which resulted in them lasting 3 weeks, I loved them. I would definitely recommend willow beauty for lashes. I'm sure I will be back again soon.

Had a facial and head massage done today. This is something totally out of my comfort zone but I loved every second of it! I’ve never had anything like this done before but it was the most relaxing enjoyable experience I’ve ever had! Lucie was so professional and very welcoming made me feel at ease. She did an amazing job, so much I nearly fell asleep during the service I was that relaxed. Would Absoutley recommend to anyone and will certainly be returning for more services.

Powder brows:
So this was my first time ever having powder brows (the most I had done is a cheeky tint), so I was a little nervous but completely fed up of pencilling in my brows every day! I aim for the more natural look, so I didn't want anything too extravagant (my own personal preference, I dye my hair dark so I wanted them to match). Lucie completely understood what I wanted and was very meticulous when "mapping" the brows. She constantly asked me to check to make sure I was happy before we progressed. During the treatment, Lucie was very attentive, making sure I wasn't in any discomfort. She is also very friendly, and we chatted throughout. She explained everything in detail, including the aftercare and what to expect, and was very reassuring that anything that may need tweaking after the healing process could be done at the 6-8 week top up. The clinic is beautiful, so cosy and welcoming, and the treatment room was clean, tidy, and relaxing. I would highly recommend Lucie. She has a fantastic eye for detail, and you will not be disappointed.
