Today we visited for our Christmas lunch for the second year running. As usual, everything was top notch. Couldn't fault our experience and are already planning on going back in the new year to book for next year's Christmas lunch.

Fantastic new play area for the kids as well after being recently refurbished. So much better than it was previously and I would argue that it's a much safer and stimulating environment for kids of all ages.

A special shout out to the management team who were fantastic, even when another customer took ill and required medical attention from paramedics and a trip to hospital they were on hand to assist and support those involved.

Our sincere well wishes and sympathy to the poor lady who took ill and wish her a speedy recovery from the Henderson household.

Annual Christmas meal with the family, 6 adults & a child, slow service 30 mins to ask if we were ready for our starter.Told the mains were almost ready so the 3 having carverys got there's, we'd almost finished so my husband went to ask where there's were. No one asked if our meals were ok which luckily they were apart from the childs very disappointing. We visit Willow farm on a regular basis and felt rather let down with this experience especially when we were treating the family to a Christmas getogether.

No food was received I rang restaurant spoke to a lady regarding order to check the address my details were taken address and phone number the order has been dumped by Uber 7 miles away I have raised dispute with my bank 2 hours later no food and £18.00 out my account uber has now returned 1 an 1/2 hours later retrieved the food on the phone call she did remember to wrap my marvellous Yorkshire separate 🤣omg disgusting

We were visiting Bamburgh castle and decided to stay over before a 5hr drive back home. Once we had booked in to our accommodation we booked a meal for 3 at the Willow Farm pub. It turned out to be a good choice as the location was good, the food was great and the staff were polite and efficient. Great experience.

If you are on the motorbike we highly recommend this place. We were on the long journey on the motorbike. Found it on the google maps.
Really nice place. Very friendly atmosphere. We experienced very friendly welcome even though we entered in bike helmets with bags. We were approached straight away. We asked how it works here and been given explanation. The carvery was very nice. I had turkey and my husband had gammon. Good selection. We stayed for about an hour to get some rest. We were asked if we needed anything and if everything is good frequently always with a little chat and a smile. Served at the counter by Cameron we got a great service. We sat close to the bar and we have seen Cameron serving every customer with a smile and courtesy.

Awful. I appreciate it was half term and expected it to be busy however the lack of supervision by both parents and staff around the restaurant and play area was ridiculous. Whilst I understand parents are ultimately responsible for their children, it becomes an issue when my almost 2 year old is hit a few times right infront of us as we are in the soft play bit with him. Parents of the kids doing nothing about it even after we say something.

Kids running up and down the restaurant banging into chairs, again just chaos.

At this point we just get up and leave before even ordering and staff did absolutely nothing about it when we mentioned it to them. I do believe staff at certain points absolutely have to take responsibility for their guests getting hit in their establishment! They should be telling parents of these kids to either correct the behaviour or leave but they couldn't care less.

Disgusting. Will never return.

We haven't been to Willow Farm for over 3 years, but after hearing they had updated their play area, we decided to come back for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy and the family area was pretty much full when we arrived, but we had booked our table in advance so got seated straight away. It was the end of the lunch time rush so it slowly got quieter during our meal. The service was decent given how busy it was and the food was just as good as we remembered it being in the past. The new play area has been massively upgraded and is so much better than it used to be. There is 3 different areas, one for babies under 2, an area for 3 to 8 year olds, and a little arcade (so bring some change!) Our 5 year old and 2.5 year old children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and can't wait to come back again in the future.

Another faultless and enjoyable meal out at Willow Farm.
Despite it being peak time on a Saturday. All the staff were at the top of their game and genuinely happy smile on their face.
Food never fails to impress with ample portions for a reasonable price. Arriving promptly 25mins after ordering..
Using the app to order from the table is a game changer as well.
