We stayed at Willow House in August and it was an absolute pleasure. Viv is an amazing B&B host, we felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as we stepped in the door. If you want something that's no fuss and in a great location, with amazing rates, then stay here! Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nothing was too much for Viv and she cooked us a lovely fresh breakfast in the morning. Viv is also a knowledgeable and interesting woman with some great stories!

Willow house is a wonderful B&B and Viv is the most perfect host! The room had everything I needed with lots of lovely little touches, it was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Viv couldn’t have done any more to make me feel welcome and relaxed, she was lovely to chat to over breakfast and over a drink in the evening. ||Breakfast was delicious with so much choice and I could tell it was made with quality ingredients. ||Couldn’t recommend Willow House more to anyone visiting the area. Its a home away from home.

We've just spent four relaxing days at Willow House and couldn't have been made more welcome by the owner Viv. We stayed in the upstairs room with adjacent bathroom for our sole use. Both our room and the bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. Viv made a delicious breakfast every morning which set us up nicely for the day. Willow House is conveniently situated close to the centre of the lovely town of Holt and is also perfectly placed to visit the charming seaside villages and countryside of North Norfolk. We would highly recommend Willow House and plan to return as soon as we can. David & Chris.

Kate G||||I stayed for 4 nights at Willow House and wish it could have been longer. It was totally relaxing! Convenient for a short stroll into Holt and for exploring North Norfolk generally. It also has the added bonus of off-street parking.||||Viv, the owner, was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. You will be vetted by Louis the cat on your arrival!||||I booked the downstairs double room with ensuite which was really well kitted out, clean and comfortable – absolutely every detail and need was catered for. As I was in Norfolk for a wedding and had some late-night returns, the separate entrance to the suite was great and Viv was very accommodating of my odd hours! She even offered to drive me to the venue the morning after the wedding to collect my car! What a star!||||And as for breakfast – a fantastic choice to cater for all tastes. Cooked breakfasts were made by Viv with delicious local ingredients in the very homely atmosphere of her kitchen/breakfast room while chatting. Ask for her chorizo omelette – it’s wonderful!!||||Although Viv’s set up is completely professional and great attention has been paid to making it Covid-safe, nothing felt formal or rigid - you are really made to feel utterly at home during your stay. ||||Viv is an outstanding and lovely hostess and I would thoroughly recommend Willow House. I can’t wait to go back and stay again!

If you're staying in Holt for a day, long weekend or even a week - I couldn't think of anywhere better to stay than Willow House. The location is brilliant (we were there for a wedding and could walk everywhere very easily). The bedrooms are comfortable and generously sized - with loads of lovely touches. And the best bit is Viv herself, who is such a lovely host - funny, kind, interesting and accommodating to every need - even the ones you haven't thought of yet!||||To top it all off she cooked us a brilliant breakfast, the best we've ever had in a B&B.||||Couldn't recommend more!

Having stayed numerous times at Willow House, we would never choose anywhere else. The room and facilities are fabulous, with full attention given to ensure absolute cleanliness and Covid safety throughout. You have full use of the beautiful lounge and garden. Breakfast is exceptional and exactly what you ask for. Viv is the most welcoming host!

Had a lovely break at Willow House. Weather was cold wet and windy and it was great to come back in the evening to a warm and cosy base. Viv welcomed us as family and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice on offer.

Stayed for three nights and couldn't have been made more welcome by Viv and Louis the cat. Great company and nothing was too much trouble. The upstairs room is comfortable, light and airy, and the adjacent bathroom modern and well appointed. Our breakfasts were excellent, freshly prepared with high quality ingredients at whatever time suited us. We highly recommend Willow House B&B.
