I stayed here recently while visiting an event at the Newark showground and I'm so pleased I did. Sue the host couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and my room was spacious, warm, clean and well appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfy, the full English breakfast was one of the nicest I've had in a long time and there was plenty of off road parking. I know where I'll be staying the next time I'm at the showground!! Thank you again Sue.

Lovely location, great parking, nice enough room/cabin with own front door although my room only had a skylight so no window to open. Wifi excellent and good facilities. Pub just through the gate and totally recommended, locals are lovely and very welcoming. No light at the back which made it a bit tricky finding your own door but generally very good. I didn't have time for breakfast but cracking smell coming from the kitchen. Would stay again.

Stayed here whilst moving son into his house in Balderton. Very nice people. We arrived late but it wasn't a problem. Bed love and comfy. We stayed in room 7 which has a shower and a bath which was heaven after a long day. Breakfast very good. Landlady very friendly. Would stay again.

We stayed here for two nights because it's near (about 10 minutes by car) Newark Showground. The owner, Sue, is very welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. She arranged a reservation for us in the very good pub next door, because it was supposed to get busy. The room is nice and very clean, the only thing I didn't like that much is that there are no windows but there's only a skylight, which made me feel a bit "enclosed" at first. But it is possible to open it for fresh air and when the weather is good, you can sit outside at the terrace so "problem" solved. Super breakfast in the morning. We would certainly come again.

I stayed here just one night on business, I was the only resident on the night. My reception was very friendly and my room was very comfortable. The room had a very large, comfortable, bed and a nice big radiator, which was very welcome on the night I stayed. The shower was excellent, powerful and hot. Willow Tree Cottages are a short drive from Newark and a car is necessary. Food is available at the pub next door or plenty of outlets in Newark. Breakfast was very good with a full English, juice and coffee and all well prepared.||I would certainly recommend Willow Tree Cottages.

Every time I’m working in the Newark or Notting area, I will always try to stay here, The hostess Sue is fantastic, very helpful and the breakfast is lovely.||Rooms are comfortable and clean and the WiFi is excellent, and once the pub opens next door it’ll be perfect.

This is a great value B&B within easy reach of Newark. We enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast, a tidy good sized room with shower and TV and coffee making facilities. Located within a few steps of the pub next door. Easy parking .
