The host was really rude and oppressive. He controlled the every single thing we were doing. We felt like in prison. Thanks god it was only one night stay. The bed was uncomfortable and very small. The breakfast very limited. Did not enjoy the freaky style. I felt check every move I made. Two adults 50 over treated like kids. We don’t drink or smoke. Good luck with young generation . We couldn’t find another place to sleep otherwise we would have gladly swapped. We travel a lot and that’s the first time we have found ourselves in this situation

We would not recommend this hotel. Close to the centre of Maidenhead but this is the only thing that was good about it. Asked for a quiet room but was given room 2 which was right next to entrance/reception/kitchen so not quiet at all. Room was extremely hot. Unable to open any windows. There was a door to outside which was locked but due to security issues and a car that was parked inches away from the door we couldn't have had it open anyway. Bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. A free continental breakfast which you had to get yourself from the kitchen was offered when we booked the room but on arrival we were told that this was no longer an option. They said they could give us some breakfast items to eat in our room but this consisted of 2 slices of bread, a packet of crumpets, packet of pancakes, some cheap pre packed pastries, 2 small butters and some cheap juice. No jam for the bread and no knife to spread the butter but most stupid of all, no toaster!

Our stay was great! However, the washing machine and dryer were not working properly - clothes spent 6 hours in the dryer and still weren’t dry!!!! There is a room in the shed which people are in and out all night and the pillows weren’t great… In saying this, rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the location was great!

We had a downstairs disabled room. The room was very clean and well stocked with lots of bits. There was biscuits, croissants, fresh juice and milkshake and much more in the room. Breakfast ingredients were supplied in the cook your own kitchen. It's self check in via email in the morning of arrival with the door code but there was a lovely lady
At reception when we arrived. I would totally recommend this place and would rebook again.

Great little stay over for a Legoland getaway with the 5 year old! Weather was iffy, but the young lad on reception made up for it, he was at hand at all times, really friendly and smiley, was so lovely to my son, was so helpful and kind, great time, thanks! X

Great hospitality. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. They even prepared snacks for the kids. The room was very clean and the place has complete amenities. Highly recommended. Definitely a home away from home.

Spotlessly clean, the building was bright and airy. There was a room mix-up when my son and I arrived but it was sorted straight away by the friendly reception staff and a happy solution was found. Ample parking and they're quite laid-back about you parking in the back garden (which is has a nice lawn with picnic table.||Breakfast, part of the deal but... an unusual setup. You are given access to the kitchen and to well stocked fridges and it's helped yourself. My son toasted crumpets for himself and I had yogurts. Cereal is available and you are even welcome to cook bacon and eggs as well. Tea and coffee, of course in the room and downstairs in the kitchen.||If in the area, I'd certainly use it again.
