I have used Window Medic before and always found their work exceptional. Last week, after having a survey carried out by them to service and repair Patio Doors, Bi Fold Doors, Composite Front door and two 20 year old sliding patio doors, Nathan arrived on time having given me notice of his pending arrival and repaired everything. I was amazed at the improvements he made and quite frankly everything is now functioning like new, except the Composite door which is significantly better than it has ever been so I suppose better than new. Thank you to everyone at Window Medic with particular thanks to Nathan.

This company runs their new windows and repairs businesses separately.

I had one new window fitted which was great and although the consultation was poor the fitting was done professionally.

I also had some repairs done. The team that did that should be avoided. Communication between the person who specified the job and the installers was very poor so I didn’t get what was expected. They made me feel uncomfortable in my own home and left a huge mess including screws everywhere including on the driveway. I’ve been left with a window that doesn’t open properly and am likely going to have to pay another firm to fix their mistakes. Completely unprofessional and hard to believe they’re the same business.

Carl and Aled from window Medic's came and fitted two windows and a door for us. Absolutely brilliant! We are really happy with the job and quality of the product, our new windows and door look fantastic. Dust sheets were put down and everything was left clean and tidy before they left. Big thanks to Wynne who came and measured up and entertained us with his stories. The Mrs And I would highly recommend Window Medic's and we look forward to having them back again next year to do some more work for us. Thanks again Jerry and Heather.

Window medics installed a cat flap in our glass window for us and did a beautiful job.They explained they are very busy but gave us a date which we were happy to wait for and kept us informed .Price and service was amazing.Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Phoned about a window which I couldn't close. They were all busy and out on calls. Arranged for visit on Saturday.
Received a call a couple of hours later to say that two engineers were back early from a job and could be with me within a quarter of an hour.
My window is fixed and I now have piece of mind.
