We have just returned from our stay at this charming place and would highly recommend it. Our hosts Rosemarie and Richard were wonderful, very friendly and engaging, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was perfect, overlooking the immaculate grounds of this very picturesque spot. Very homely and comfortable and the breakfast was 10/10 with probably the best home made marmalade that you will ever eat! Absolutely nothing to mark this place down. The perfect place for a stay in a beautiful part of the country. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sparkling clean and cosy rural retreat. Delightful welcoming couple with fantastic communication. The bed was comfy, brilliant breakfast and tranquil setting. So many birds and ducks. Stunning pond and gardens. Highly recommended 😍👍🏼

Rosemarie and Richard were ideal hosts in this picturesque farmhouse with immaculate grounds. Set in a small village, but close enough to the A38 for access to the Devon coast. The amenities and breakfast were excellent. Would have no hesitation in staying here again and recommending it to friends.

Stayed here for the weekend, hosts were wonderful, very friendly,nothing was too much trouble for them. Very nice breakfast, full English cooked to perfection. The accommodation was very comfortable and the setting was breathtaking,if you're ever in that area, you won't be disappointed if you have the chance to stay, thank you Rosemary and Richard for a most enjoyable few days.

Rosemarie and Richard were the perfect hosts in every way. Thank you. They made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the farmhouse is fabulous, very rural and so peaceful and tranquil. The accommodation is very homely, spotlessly clean, the gardens beautiful. The breakfast was simply delicious and beautifully cooked and presented. Fabulous touches such homemade jams, butter in little pots, and proper milk in thermos flask in the room for your early morning beverage, none of those hideous plastic milk pots! We will definitely be back, armed with a bottle of rose to drink at our leisure in the garden overlooking the beautiful pond. 5* and more.

A 2 night stay as I had a MTB event at nearby Newnham Park. Rosemarie and Richard are just thoroughly nice people. Attention to detail was great - lots of thoughtful touches. The house itself is lovely, and the grounds are immaculately kept (I didn’t have much time to see them, but if I stayed a little longer next time I would certainly do so. Overall - pretty much perfect!

We stayed here at the end of June and were absolutely delighted with our choice. Had time allowed we would have spent longer here under the TLC of Richard and Rosemary, for whom nothing was too much trouble. The farm is beautifully situated and the grounds simply mind boggling. We loved the many ducks too. Breakfast was excellentas were the tips we were given of places to visit also ( and which to avoid) All in all 10 out of 10 does not do this place justice

What a lovely place Rosemarie and Richard have, the farmhouse is charming with beautiful mature gardens. Our room (#2) was very clean with en suite facilities and a very comfy four poster bed☺ Both Rosemarie and Richard were very informative about local venues and events. We are looking forward to a further stay in the future.
