I stayed at Woad Farm B&B whilst on a long cycling trip from the north of England to the south coast. I arrived in torrential rain yet I was given a warm welcome and helped to dry myself. My bike was given secure storage. My room was clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and high quality. Woad Farm is close to the M1 and to Wolverton and Milton Keynes. Highly recommended.

if you love cosy, rural B & B's then you simply must stay here! We only stayed one night, but were made to feel very welcome. The whole place is immaculate, the breakfast is spot on and we can't wait to stay there again. It's a working dairy farm so if you're the animal loving, outdoors person, you will love it here - and the views are amazing as it's off the beaten track. Our hosts, Sarah and Nigel were just lovely and nothing was too much trouble. This really is an undiscovered gem of a place where you feel you've left the rat race behind.

Had a very friendly welcome by Sarah and shown to a lovely light dual aspect room. Own wash basin in room plus tea and coffee facilities, and TV. Comfortable double bed and lovely light wood furniture. Shared bathroom with integral bath and shower. I was the only guest staying so had bathroom to my-self. Lovey quiet setting with plenty of parking. I parked my 3.T horse box and plenty of room to turn around. Did not have breakfast as was at a riding camp in the village where catering was provided.

Welcomed on arrival. Given choice of two large rooms with use of comfortable downstairs lounge. Well furnished with plenty of reading material. Settled in and given tea and homemade Victoria sponge. Excellent. Bedrooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Bathrooms clean and well fitted. Sarah and Nigel are excellent hosts and have a good sense of humour. They are most obliging and keen to ensure that guests are satisfied. The breakfast is excellent and not rushed. We would stay again.

I stayed here recently with some friends and we had an amazing time. Sarah and Nigel were fantastic, the rooms were large and comfortable and the location cannot be beaten. The view from the room I stayed in was phenomenal, absolutely stunning at sunrise. We had a tour of the farm which was educational and fun too. Would highly recommend staying here.

I stayed at Woad Farm while on assignment in Milton Keynes and I couldn’t have wished for a better B&B. With a relaxing atmosphere and a yummy breakfast Sarah & Nigel made me feel very welcome. The farm is less than five minutes from several pubs so meals are easy and while it is close to Milton Keynes, it is far enough away to offer peace and quiet.

Was in Milton Keynes on business and didn’t want to stay in the norm. This place is a quiet oasis! Lovely working farm (that’s doesn’t interfere with your sleep) in beautiful surroundings. Comfy and clean, great hospitality, great breakfast and a nice village pub just down the road! Perfect.

The farm is within walking distance of the "major employer in the area" that you're not allowed to talk about but everyone knows. As a non-driver, I picked Woad Farm as it was the nearest and, thanks to the public footpaths, it's approx 1.2 miles away across some pictureseque fields to get there and back. The hosts are excellent too.
