What a wonderful couple of days in a very well equipped and cosy pod. We stayed 2 nights in Solaris while visiting Leicester, Nottingham and Southwell. Although it was chilly outside, the pod was really warm. We had a fabulous display from the resident barn owl on our first evening, such a treat. We had a delicious take away from 7spice in Keyworth the first night and then cooked M&S food bought in West Bridgford the second night. We loved the view across the vineyard even in winter. We would definitely come here again, maybe for a bit longer to do some walks and visit the Space Centre in Leicester and the Museum of Justice in Nottingham which we didn’t know were there. We loved the East Midlands and found everyone very helpful and friendly including Rob who popped over a couple of times for a chat and to see if we needed anything. Good luck with the harvest!

Lovely accommodation, everything you could need, comfortable bed, warm. Really nice views from the veranda over the vineyard, lovely spot to sit and watch the wildlife. Lots of great restaurants and pubs nearby, will definitely be back!

Amazing place. Everything as described or better. Look forward to a return visit in the sunshine. Stayed in ‘Chardonnay’ and were really impressed with it. Beautifully presented and spotless! Check in and out process fuss free. Highly recommend.

Our friends booked the wine tasting for us as a birthday treat and we had such a fantastic time. Not only did we strike lucky with the weather in September, but we had a brilliant tour with Matt. His enthusiasm, passion and knowledge really brought the whole thing to life and the organic wines and cider we tried were so unique and really delicious! I’m still so surprised that this is just 25 minutes from the city centre. Already planning our next visit with friends and family. Thank you so much!

I celebrated my hen weekend at Wold Wine Estate and it was an unforgettable experience! The estate itself is stunning and the pods were very pretty and comfortable for us all. We enjoyed a lovely BBQ, a wine tour and lovely scenery, what more could you ask for?! It was perfect, thank you for having us!

We stayed in Chardonnay and Ronda earlier this month. What a pleasant stay. The pods are really comfy and larger than expected. They are well insulated too. The scenery is lovely and we enjoyed a great wine tasting too. It was good to hear about future plans for this gorgeous place. If you are a decent walker there are plenty of local pubs within a few miles. We enjoyed a Chinese takeaway one night and Perkins restaurant the other. The only thing I would say is that the FAQs included a taxi link. It cost £30 per taxi so £60 in total (we had 2 for a group of 6) to travel 1.7 miles. What a con. On the way back we got an Uber for 6 people costing £11!!! I would suggest Wolfs Wine Estate do not recommend this taxi firm (Key Cars) in future.

A great way to spend a couple of hours on a Saturday. Really informative and interesting. A lovely site and a nice relaxed environment. Matt was a fantastic guide - very knowledgeable and pitched things just right. Would definitely recommend and really commend what the team are trying to achieve. Will be great to come back in a years time and see all the new things planned. Thanks for a great experience.
