Stayed here for 1 night, and it could not have been any nicer. Large clean room with nice bathroom, good shower, and storage space too. Spa facilities were excellent and pool was great, if a little busy! Food was lovely and surprisingly reasonable

The pool and the spa facilities are well maintained and spotless.

The spa services are well priced and the staff were excellent

The pool is also quite warm, reaching at least 30 degrees and the showers are hot with hot water as well.

The rooms are also very clean, cozy and also very comfortable. The cleaning staff are also very friendly.

I had an enjoyable overnight stay here recently. |Plenty of parking and an impressive building from the outside.|My room was lovely. Large and spotlessly clean and really quiet during the night ensuring a great nights sleep.|The food in the restaurant was good quality and reasonably priced.|No complaints at all.

I had been looking forward to staying at this 4* hotel when attending a wedding nearby. The Atrium facing room was an ok size but dim lighting and only one large towel and a hand towel. Neither of great quality. The window looked out over the Atrium, and only had a roller blind which meant light came in each side. The lights in the Atrium are left on all night! The window is single glazed and so noise from the seating/dining/bar was high. In addition the walls between each bedroom are thin and I was kept awake each night by snoring and bathroom noises. ||Before arriving I’d called to book a table in the restaurant as it looked nice on their website. I wasn’t told that there isn’t a restaurant only a “pub/bistro”. It was akin to a Harvester Pub in decor and atmosphere. Food service was slow even for pub style grub. I would not have booked if I’d had known. ||There were also big groups of golfers staying and dining (understandably as it’s linked to golf course) who were wearing sportswear and drinking and shouting a lot. Each breakfast they were there too, mostly with hangovers. The language and noise was not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Breakfast was repetitive with no choice of eggs or fruit. Very basic indeed with poor quality coffee. ||Overall I was very disappointed and while the staff were pleasant it’s not a 4* hotel by any means. Not recommended unless you’re a golfer intent on drinking and eating pub grub.

I cannot for the life of me understand why some people have given bad reviews for this hotel. From booking in to beautiful meals to the pool and hot tubs and fantastic service throughout, this place is amazing. Every member of staff was so pleasant and they couldn’t do enough for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place.

Had a lovely weekend at Woodbury park. We have stayed twice now. Enjoyed the swimming complex & our rooms have been nice both stays. Sat outside & watched the golf & had lunch. Nice views, relaxing & the food was good as well. Would recommend this for a weekend.

upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by Naiomi, who took the time to speak to us, and make us feel welcome. She had time to interact with my daughter and made sure our needs were met. The staff member who serviced our room was also incredibly friendly, taking the time to get to know us. This was reflected in all the staff we interacted with, from the leisure staff to James the site manager. I can't thank you enough for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you very much.

Visited the coffee shop, quick service with friendly staff happy to help. Delicious coffee and light bite menu of your feeling peckish. |The venue is nice and clean, with beautiful amenities, swimming pool, gym and spa facilities as well it’s golf course.
