What a lovely place to be, over looking the lake, the staff are outstanding and can't do enough. And the whole place gives summer vibes.

We visited slightly out of season, so the Fusion Kitchen was closed.. however the animals in the forest looked happy and well kept, they were very friendly and curious. Very serene tranquil lake to the side of the forest, fishing is allowed with a licence but not many fishermen seen. Lovely huts strewn around in the forest for people to spend time in, roast marshmallows and have fun. Illuminated pathways and some trees.
A portion of the enchanted forest seemed to be under construction.
Plenty of mosquitos as it's near the lake. Geese, ducks and swans were spotted so it's lovely for a walk, just don't go in the evenings without mosquito repellent.

The log cabins are a bit dated and lack a lot of amenities. The new builds are nice. £20 each is a lot to fish, when you book a fishing cabin.

Bit of a joke place everything is falling apart and service is not great we had booked a certain cabin with certain facilities and when we arrived it wasn't available and they simply said we only have a certain amount and there's not enough but we booked that , they threw alcohol at us even though we don't drink , won't recommend this place unless your looking for a holiday that is a joke , we paid extra for birthday banners balloons cake and roses , we got a fallen half down 2.5 foot banner 5 balloons 1 deflated a tescos own brand £3 cake in box and fake rose , sauna was riddled with holes and sand timmer broken cage around burner broken, garden 4foot weeds cigarette butt's everywhere, hot tub well warm ish tub you had to fill with tad on the waist high see-through fence with warm ish water so you just sit and shiver , towels left on the floor outside , the dinning pan asia we ordered drinks and food drinks came straight away flat I asked for a replacement flat again as its out of date bottles , I waited 1hour and 10 minutes calling the frantically running about staff looking all confused, the waitress who took our order said ... who took your order , you did over a hour ago ... the place was not full , they lost the ticket she wrote out , other people both sides of us had similar things happening to them , a bit of a shambles will not recommend to anyone .
