The staff were really lovely. We had delicious cake but felt that the strange old oil smell from the kitchen and the dirty cold toilets let the whole place down. We wanted to let the staff know so these issues can be addressed. We will be back again soon as we would love this to become one of our regular stops, with these issues resolved. The food looks good but the smell out us off.

We have stopped here many times on the way to Cornwall for a coffee, scone etc. we stayed this time and it certainly didn’t disappoint. A friendly welcome on arrival. Beautiful room with a gorgeous view. Woke up to an orange sunrise which was stunning. This place is spotlessly clean and felt cosy. All of the rooms are different. We had two medium size dogs with us who settled easily as it’s so lovely and quiet. In the grounds there is an area to let your dogs have a run around and a bin. The breakfast was fantastic, greeted with a friendly smile from the owner. There were regular customers there and passers through, all of whom were welcomed. It was a wonderful start to our holiday. Thank you for turning a bit of treat into a good experience and what will be a fond memory 🙂

We had a wonderful breakfast stop on our way to Dorset, delicious, well presented food and friendly atmosphere.
On our way back from Cornwall, we stopped off to have a delicious coffee and treat.
Thank you for being there for a break and stunning location. 😍

A lovely little cafe with lots of outside tables, which will be great in the summer. Stopped here for a lunchbreak and had a very tasty, well cooked and reasonably priced meal. So annoyed we've never popped in before. We shall certainly be visiting again.

Popped in to the cafe on our way to Port Isaac for a spot of breakfast. For what you got it was expensive and very average. It's in a nice place, but probably wouldn't go again. The Guest house most probably is great. But I can't comment on that as we didn't stay over.

We stayed at Woodleigh Caravan Park for a few nights and popped in for breakfast one morning.
All I can say is that it was fantastic, beautifully presented on the plate, and not greasy.
As you can see from my photo, I didn't leave any for you to see, so you'll have to go and try for yourselves!

What an odd place. Staff are pedantic and rude. Coffee and food OK. Cyclists have to remove their shoes to prevent damage to the floor? Stilettos, heavy tread boots with gravel stuck in them and metal tips on your shoe toes and heels are fine. Ridiculous!!

An over night stop (B&B) on the way to Cornwall. A lovely Grade 2 listed coach house. The room was just what we needed for a stop off. Chagford is a short drive away if you need a meal and a drink with a great choice of pubs and restaurants. Breakfast the following morning was excellent. The owners at the Woodleigh Coach house are very welcoming, we will be returning.
