What a great place to stay.
Ideally situated down a long unmade track off the main A140 so very handy for getting to Norwich and the airport if you turn left and north Norfolk if you turn right.
We had a gorgeous double-bedded en-suite shower room. Just perfect for our needs. Close to where the car is parked and the breakfast room.
The build-quality and finish are superb. Coffee, tea and biscuits available in the room for that morning or nighttime cuppa.
Breakfast options are great and varied and you’ll not leave here hungry. All beautifully prepared and cooked.
Breakfast is taken at a communal table so perfect for chatting to fellow travellers.
The owners, Janice and Richard, are a lovely, friendly couple and are very good in making your stay memorable.
Would we stay again? Yes, without a second thought.

Absolutely loved our two nights here.
Fantastic breakfast 10 out of 10. Wonderful host who we enjoyed talking to very much. Very Friendly.
Good clean rooms with plenty tea coffee etc. available. Comfy beds. Highly recommend. Would not hesitate staying again if we are in the area.

Hosts not given directions to b and b prior to visit. Hard to find using Google maps. Not told that post code won't take to location. To seek assistance called but no answer as she was out looking after her grandchildren. Long long long driveway up to location and it has lots of potholes and was covered in big bits of branch from trees. I had to stop every 5 seconds to remove them (as it would have damaged my car). I should not have been the one to do this. Didn't see host until next morning for breakfast.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property. We had booked for August but due to family circumstances gad to change with only 1 day notice. Janice was excellent and fitted us in.
Location is gorgeous, bedroom comfortable and breakfast amazing.
Perfect for people who want a quiet time.

Loved my weekend stay at Woodmans Farm! The property is in a beautiful location set in its own peaceful grounds just off the A140 Cromer Road. Janice and Richard were the best inn keepers I've met, so welcoming, friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Would I stay again? Absolutely 💯% !

Such a wonderful time had at Woodman’s Farm. I’ve stayed in a number of B&B’s and Airbnb’s, and this is up there as one of the best. The location was peaceful, the room was beautiful, and Janice and Richard were beyond personable, attentive, kind - and were all-round fantastic hosts. It felt very homely, which as a solo traveller, made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. I would absolutely stay with Janice and Richard again if I was re-visiting the area.

Had a beautiful stay at woodman farm. We stayed in the B&B double room. Clean tidy and well equipped. Hosts made us feel very welcome, couldn’t do anymore for us. Friendly and great hosts. Breakfast was tasty. Highly recommend staying, we will be back if we visit the area again ☺️
