Wayyyy too noisy on a Friday - painful and out of character with the place. The new landlady is keen to attract underage drinkers and deafening music is her hook. It spoils the village centre and is ignorant of local pizza restaurant customers.

Terrible place. Loud, and an obnoxious landlandy that treats her staff badly by what we witnessed. Rooms unclean and bed sheets dirty. Overall cheap perhaps but not pleasant at all. Which is a shame as its a lovely little market town, we would definatly visit the area again but choose a much nicer environment to stay in.
