Visited here with a group of friends. We had several amazing treatments and lovely lunch for a bargain price. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the therapists were of an excellent standard. We left feeling rested and pampered. Highly recommended non pretentious spa.

My daughter and I have been today and I must say how much we enjoyed ourselves. Helpful and friendly staff, kim did a fantastic massage and the young lady who did my nails did a grand job considering they are so short. Lunch was lovely and the whole package was, we thought, good value for money, as we could use the hot tub, sauna and steam room. The cocktail on arrival was an added bonus. Lovely day

Great place for a total relaxation day! Priced really well. You get so much for your money. Discounts on the day as well for extra treatments. The food is also lovely and freshly made for you. Great views from the outdoor hot tub and pool. The staff are always friendly.

I shall be honest when I got to the spa I thought it was a little dated from others I have been to, but I have to say what a GEM! The Staff were fantastic & could not do enough for our group. My treatments were amazing the Stone massage was Devine 10 out of 10 I then went on to have the microbrasion again 10 out of 10 my skin looked & felt amazing & even my husband commented on my skin. In all a really relaxing day with lovely people. I would go back again. Thank you to the wonderful Staff

After booking through Groupon to have this as a birthday gift from my friend. We tried to book in for a certain date to which we were told that we couldn't as the place was having a deep clean(understandable) then to book in for a few weeks later. Only for my friend to come down with shingles the day before (obviously contagious and dangerous for anyone) so we called and explained. To then be told we could not rearrange (really snotty too) and the voucher had already been redeemed through Groupon (they are not suppose to do this unless the customer actually attends) this would of been our first experience there and we were looking forward to it after hearing such great reviews.
We would never book or recommend in future if that's how they treat customers.
I Can fully understand if it was not a valid genuine reason given but you cannot foresee that you would have shingles just under 48 hours before. Lost out on a spa experience and money not returned.

Go to this Spa!! Amazing!

Today I visited one of the most friendly and accommodating Spas ever. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with wonderful service and a warm manner. Straight away given a tour of the facilities and then left to relax with a lovely cuppa and piece of delicious cake. The atmosphere all day was very relaxed and we were able to enjoy the facilities at our leisure between treatments. The massage I received made me feel like I could sleep for a hundred years and the facial left me feeling rejuvenated. We made use of the sauna which we had to ourselves which was nice and the outdoor pool and hot tubs were very inviting.
The pedicure was expertly done and the highest quality polishes were used. The staff were helpful and chatty and made you feel like you were amongst friends. I enjoyed a cocktail while reading a magazine and getting a foot massage, you may think I spent a fortune but I didn’t the prices were so reasonable and I was advised honestly about which treatments I would benefit from and there was no hard sell, they genuinely wanted me to have a good time. Lunch was affordable and yummy, id go back again just for their gourmet fries alone! My vegetarian friend raved about their goat’s cheese and cranberry tart.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a day being pampered and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. It’s a beautiful location with the warmest staff.

Excellent massage. Friendly staff and excellent service. They have some great deals and are based in a picturesque setting. I'll be returning. The only down side is it's ladies only so gents you're missing out.
