I attended at the salon as a visitor in the area. I am 14 years old and found the staff member who did my nails to be rude and unprofessional. She was on the phone to her friend the whole way through me having acrylics. She was rough with my hands and slapped them when I had to move them from the dryer. I have had acrylics before so fully understand how they are done. One of my nails wasn't secured properly and fell off an hour later. The other nails do not seem to be secured too well. Once my father returned with cash as he'd been told no card payments their behaviour improved. I find it disgusting that they seemed to feel that they could be like this to me whilst I was paying for their service. I have been brought up better than this. Please be aware, to take cash and don't leave your child alone, despite them telling you it's OK.

Another lovely visit today. New set of acrylics plus design and were done exactly as shown on the picture I had. Been coming here every month for a couple of years along with my 81yr old mum who they look after really well. Lovely ladies 😀

I visited recently for a pedicure, and while the service is usually good, I was disappointed with my experience this time. The nail technician accidentally cut the side of my big toe while trimming the cuticles, and it bled quite a bit. What upset me the most was that this wasn’t even apologized for, she just kept wiping off the blood. I also felt quite awkward to say anything or complain about it as there seems to be a very tense, hostile vibe towards to customers 😬 and by the looks of things, I’m not the first to write such a review!

I will be definitely returning, as I like my nails and accidents do happen. But let’s be sure guys to take extra care and be patient when handling peoples hands/ feet!

I love how they do my nails but staff can be abit rude and act like they are listening to you but don't. They made me feel like I couldn't tell them what I wanted done as they shut you down before you finish what you were saying to them! Added 18/12 not sure if I'm coming here again. Had an argument last time as booked an appointment and sat and waited for and hour and half ended up leaving. Not sure what booking an appointment is for if they don't keep to the time! I will say they don't seem to like ne as they pull me about and don't even say hello! I have arthritis and my hands and feet hurt for days after I've been. It's happening right now while I'm typing this. Being patient until its done but will have words before I leave!

They are the cheapest around since Covid hit, but sometimes i feel like even though i book everytime i still wait up to at least 30 mins to get to my seat. The women are nice abit rough with my hands as i have problems with my thumb areas and wrists.
I dont feel like i can get the amount of art i would of used to have gotten in other shops, weather that is due to language barriers or them not being able to do it i dont know. But for how much you pay for infills on gel sets and full sets here, compared to other places in Yarmouth, its alot cheaper.
Standard has gone up alot more the last couple months and it defo makes me want to carry on returning, keep it up girls!

Absolutely disgusting service. My daughter wasn't happy with her nails and they refunded her after removing her nails with nail clippers. This is how she was left. Vile service. Avoid at all cost
