Delicious scotch eggs! Bought a couple from the stall at Minehead train station during The 150 Event and they were delicious. The venison one was fabulous but my favourite was the black pudding version which was amazing. I will definitely be attending one of the Supper Club events soon.

To those of you yet to experience a Yellow Door supper club the opportunity should not be missed. My wife and I attended our 2nd supper meal on 21st March after almost a years gap to find that the experience had as not been diluted with time instead had got better and more enjoyable . The mains of Chicken Kiev with roasted veg followed by a Ginger Marshmallow cake was enjoyed by all even seconds of pud available to those who wanted it.
Whilst talking to our fellow diners it appears that many take this Tuesday night meal regulary as a pilgrimage to sample Amanda's cooking. Shame that we live a distance away otherwise we two would become more regular.

Whilst delivering here today Amanda gave me Sausage roll that had just come out of the oven.

Bought 2 different flavour pork scratchings. The 1at ones I tried were the Beer ones. Having cooked many pork joints in my past I am not bad at cooking a pork rind. There were bitter and taste burnt. I though the bitterness just could be the beer. A week later I tried the cider flavour ones. Thinking these would have a sweet apple taste underneath the salty crispness I wad disappointed to find they were even more bitter than the beer ones.

These were over cooked to say the least and so salty any other flavour appart from the burnt carbon flavour overpowering anything else I was very doss appointed.

I hope this has not been the case for everyone because I love pork scratchings and hope not everyone has had the same experience.

The food is lovely and fresh. There is a board which tells you what will be available that week. There are always cooked meals in the freezer for you to take home and heat up. Plus there are fresh eggs and dog treats.

Christmas wreath making workshop was good fun and good value. Delicious, warming soup and fantastic Tarte Tatin. Looking forward to going again.
