Needed an update and Win 7 32 bit OS installed to run some old software, the laptop needed years of updates too. All done overnight quickly and with no fuss. Checked hardware and updated drivers etc, very happy with job done. Will def use again.

We consider Alan to be inadequate at his trade from day one he has talked a very good game but led us all up the garden path be wary of his fake good customer reviews and I would think twice about allowing him access to you personally or business data be very aware of leaving him alone in your premises.
