The concept of these pod rooms are great but after my stay I won't be staying again.

I arrived Friday night for an early morning flight, I found the room to be extremely cold with no additional blanket and no controls on the heating/AC in the room. I went to reception to ask if they could turn off the AC, she said she would see what she could do but it remained freezing so I had to sleep in my clothes. I woke up about 3am coughing and shivering, so the AC had set off my asthma. These units need individual controls for all individual preferences, I'm someone who is the person who is always warm so for me to complain it was cold means it really was a stupid low temperature.

I was allocated a top bunk and me being 4ft11 I found that too high, I could manage to climb into the bed but really did struggle to get out. A lower bunk would be better for shorter people. Might be an idea to have lower ot high bunk as an option when booking.
I did find the small room was sufficient space for one night, I kept the table open and left my case under it.
The shower was warm and the towel appeared clean.
The bed and pillows were comfortable but the blanket was far too thin.
It is easy to find the hotel and is in a great location but this place was not for me and I will stick with Premier Inn in future.

I received an email to give my feedback on a survey which has not worked any time I have tried

The room is really small. I would say it is only suitable for one person. It is as small as you can't open your suitcase throughout the whole time in the room. You need to climb up to the bed. It does not feel that private. The window is on the door with a manual blind. And it is next to a see-through toilet. No chair is provided as there is not enough space to get a chair. You need to ask a hair dryer from the reception. Reception is available most of the time at night. Snacks and drinks are available as well. The location is tricky. The hotel is in the terminal, but there is only a lift to let you access the hotel. So, you need to go down a level from the terminal by that specific lift. Clean in general, the shower and toilet are not separate but it is a bit of distance between them.

Fine for a few hours sleep but would not stay overnight. Booked for a sleep after a night flight before onward travel. Very noisy outside room. ||||Also only a curtain to split beds and bathroom was a surprise. Not ideal unless you are very close to your room mates. ||||Bed was extremely comfy as were pillows. I liked the e option of muted lighting in the room. ||||Also reception offer free hot drinks before and as we checked out. Lovely.

A great solution for any travellers requiring some much needed sleep after a long haul flight. A compact cabin with everything that you need, a very clean comfortable bed, showering facilities and great fluffy towels. Just a small point; would have been helpful if we hadn’t had to work out the automated facilities, lights/bed etc ||Just the few hours sleep we needed after our long flight, and before a lengthy wait for our connecting flight.

First time ever using one of these small format capsule-type hotels. ||Necessary to catch an early flight to Malta. A quick calculation showed that it would cost almost as much to take a taxi or Uber at such an early hour, as I wouldn’t rely on public transport at that time.||Yotel was inexpensive, but clean, convenient and gets you to the plane bright-eyed and bushy-tailed without an obscenely early start to the day. ||The savings are obviously on size (the smallest hotel room you’ll ever book) and services (none). But who cares — it’s just a place to sleep. And I slept like a baby. The capsules are extremely soundproof and climate controlled with clean, good quality bedding and a TV at your feet. ||The bathroom is more of a wet room. Not quite the all-in-one toilet, sink and shower you’d find in a Winnebago, but close to it. Again, all you’re looking for in that situation is cleanliness and hot water — check and check. ||First time, not the last time. Will definitely look for an airport Yotel anywhere / anytime I need to catch an early morning flight.

Very convenient when you need to catch up on sleep between two flights. Easy to find (take the elevator down under the big Yotel sign, from South Terminal ground floor), affordable for 4-hour stays and pretty comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee offered at reception as well which was a nice touch. Note that the rooms have no windows though - not for the claustrophobic of heart.

Very convenient! I was there due to an early flight. The cabin is very small and has no window. It is clean and the bed is comfy. The air ventilation made a little noise, but the temperature was just right and it felt fresh.

TIP: If you have any physical limitations, please check with them before booking. My cabin did include stairs and climbing onto the upper bunk bed. This was not a problem for me, but my parents could definitely not do it.

We booked this hotel for a few hrs during the day. Was just over £10 per hr , clean rooms. Great service. Fantastic and much cheaper than hanging round the bars waiting for the flight!
We always go to the airport early as relying on public transport is not always the best. Being able to book the room by the hr during the day was great.
