A very lovely, cute bed & breakfast. Very clean with comfortable beds and a nice cosy lounge area. The food was good with lots of options including a cooked breakfast. Sally is lovely and very accommodating, as we arrived quite late due to traffic, this wasn't an issue. Beautiful gardens and views.

Set down a country lane this B&B is in an idyllic setting surrounded by rolling fields and with it's own beautiful gardens. Nothing was too much trouble for Sally and Micky and they kindly set up camp beds for the kids on request. The views and the peace and quiet from the bedrooms were gorgeous and the breakfasts too good to resist. A great location for exploring Kingsbridge, Salcombe and all the nearby beaches. We'll definitely be back!

Negotiate the narrow farm track to find a warm welcome from your friendly hosts Sally and Micky, who turned out to be helpful and informative without being intrusive.||||Our spacious, immaculate and well-stocked bedroom and large en suite bathroom were just what we needed for a five-night stay. Breakfast was flexible tasty and beautifully presented. ||||A great base for exploring this delightful corner of Devon.||||We think it is better to approach off the A381 and not to use Sally's recommended route from Kingsbridge along the tiniest of lanes.

Peaceful old farmhouse with beautiful cottage garden. We were made very welcome by our friendly hosts Sally and Michael, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, close to Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Access is down a narrow lane, daunting at first but we met almost no traffic during our stay and so presented no problem. Highly recommended.

My wife and I, accompanied by Poppy our Jack Russell, had the pleasure of spending two nights in this beautiful B&B.||The Garden is so pretty with a large lawned area and so many colourful flowers.|| The house itself has so much character and charm, we loved staying there. Sally and Michael were the perfect hosts and we will definitely return next year.||Breakfast was delicious too.|My wife actually cried when we left! ||Thanks again Sally and Michael.||

We received a warm welcome and were very comfortable in this lovely farmhouse. We used the lounge in the evenings to watch TV. On one occasion we sat in the beautiful garden all day. The breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend Youngcombe Farm.

We stayed here whilst helping to set up for a friends wedding in the area. Sally was very helpful and kind and they even offered to listen to the Best Man's speech, and letting the co best man in to practice and iron his shirt!||||The house is beautiful and full of character, I really enjoyed the breakfasts and watching the birds out the window.||||Thanks for a lovely stay!

An old farmhouse with lots of character in a very quiet and peaceful location. Very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast and idyllic garden for relaxing in. Beware of the narrow lanes to get here...would have been nice to to have a little warning of that to confirm on the right track, but you soon get used to them.
