Overall me and my partner absolutely loved our couple of nights retreat to Bristol. Your apartments was in a fantastic location, about a 15 minute walk to Cabot Circus, or a quick bus ride away. The apartment offered free parking which is hard to come across and the check in process was really smooth. ||We stayed in the dark green standard studio and it was beautiful. We were an apartment based at the back of the building which meant it was quiet. As soon as you walked in it felt very spacious and luxe, with a four poster bed being the centre of the room. The kitchen was fully equipped if you choose to use it, offering a Nespresso machine and smeg appliances. ||The bathroom offered the same luxe feel continuing the dark green theme throughout. The shower was extremely powerful which is a bonus. ||My only critique is that I paid a lot of money to stay in this studio and unfortunately as soon as you walked into the room the walls were covered in marks. This usually wouldn't bother me as you cannot help a couple of scuffs here and there, but every wall was covered. I came to realise this was down to the paint and how cheap it was. You only had to brush past the wall and it left a mark, and this definitely did take away from the luxe feel. I would recommend the owners invest in a better matte green paint as it's such a shame this was one of the first things I noticed and it was such a eye sore, especially as these didn't reflect in the photos advertised online. ||No other complaints, would definitely stay here again!

I loved the zero human contact nature of the check-in and check-out. I must also commend the owners for the fully functional kitchen (more than a kitchenette), although I didn't manage to cook anything (perhaps next time I am in Bristol for a longer stay). However, the toilet door for the room I stayed in, didn't close well, and there was a smell from the drainage system that lingers for a long while, then starts to enter the room.

DO NOT BOOK! Such a disappointment! We trusted the Your Apartment since we had a nice experience living with Clifton Village. However this place is by no means the same experiences than our last one. The whole room is completely different compared to what the picture tells you. literally EVERYWHEREâs molded or dusted, I got allergy only staying 1 hour in the room. The hygiene is absolutely horrible. The roomâs hot and smelly. Poor sound insulation. I am surprised the bad quality control of Your apartment.

Donât stay with Your Apartment properties.||Originally booked to stay in a different Your Apartment property but they transferred my reservation to this one, but thatâs fine!||Upon arrival to the room, we found the front window wide open: this can be accessed via the garden easily, and the window was wide enough to allow anybody to trespass. After scanning the room for any abnormalities (except for the dried flowers not cleaned up by the bed) or security issues, we tried to settle in.||We requested to have the sofa bed set up, as well as linen to be provided, on both Booking.com, email and through the portalâthey didnât set it up. Again, this can be easily overlooked. They also didnât provide us any linen, and instead left pillows and a duvet BEHIND the sofa. The duvet was stained with a dark mark, presumably blood. Regardless what it is, it is strange to provide your guests with an item that looks dirtied.||We tried to call the number provided, emailed and WhatsAppâdânobody got back to us until the following day. ||As no clean linen has been provided for us, three adults had to share a bed. This wasnât helped by the fact that guests were sat outside our window, [literally] screaming at 3:00 am.||After finally reaching somebody the following day, and coincidentally only after emailing that I would like to follow through their formal complaints procedure should I not receive acknowledgment of my request to have clean, basic necessities like a duvet, miraculously somebody picked up the phone on my 20th try and instantly recognised the issues I had been facing, explaining that they donât know why nobody has gotten back to me. To solve the problem, they instead gave me the code for their linen cupboard for US to collect our own linen and for us to dress a dirtied duvet?||After raising this, to rectify the issue, they offered a discounted stay on a minimum of two-nights!!! Why would anybody wish to spend more money at a measly discounted rate?||As somebody who works in the industry, this whole experience was poor and could have been easily avoided. I tend to have extended sympathy and will easily overlook a lot as I am familiar with it allâbut none of this was acceptable, I can assure you.||Please save your money, listen to the other reviews and stay clear of this establishment!

Parking was difficult as the only remaining space was tiny and awkward to get into without blocking others, there was a large pool of faeces from some nightmare plumbing disaster in the car park, which smelled terrible. The entry system looked like it could be overcome without much effort. The room we had was sub floor and sub par, think low rent 70âs student (modern student accommodation is much nicer). Had a shabby unclean feel. We booked a twin as I was with my daughter and got a double. On setting up the sofa bed we discovered the duvet was soiled (really quite gross). The day after our stay I was charged for replacing this and no amount of representation (to which there was very little in the way of reply) swayed them. Reading other reviews I see others have been charged for items which looked repairable/ cleanable leading me to wonder if this is a nice little earner on their part. Customer service were utterly useless. I would seriously consider staying anywhere but here unless you are desperate. I have never negatively reviewed before but felt compelled to warn others.

On the 28th of September I stayed in Your Apartment in London we checked in at 0530 0n the 28th of September at that point all went to bed woke at 0900 at checked out.|On 30th September we was told a TV was broken without any proof of the TV working before as I was told checks was done before check in. Also refused to return my deposit. This company will not accept a credit card you have bank transfer them the deposit which was strange and when I tried to cancel I was told I would lose my booking fee so my only option was to pay the deposit.
