I booked this place for a business trip I took to Bristol. |I was very happy with the whole apartment, did everything it said on the tin. |Clean room, clean fridge, clean oven. The shower in room 20 can definatly fit 2 people. 😉 ||Only thing I would say, for the price they don't offer to clean the rooms during your stay. Eg. New sheets or new towels. I don't know if they offer this for an extra fee. |Overall I would stay here again. |

Traveled for work and decided to stay here as would be finishing late and would want to cook dinner after. Absolutely perfect. Communication when booking was great, self check in was also great. Once booked they sent a helpful welcome guide which came in handy for things like setting heating and using the oven. Room was clean and tidy, cooking equipment was also spotless. Will definitely be recommending for colleagues and will be using for future stays 👍

Great location and so handy for bars, cafes and restaurants. Ideal for walks on the downs and to see the suspension bridge. Appartment fairly basic but clean and really comfy beds. We would definitely use this accommodation again when visiting Bristol.

An absolute disaster and disgrace. I wish I read the reviews before I came here. Upon arriving to my hotel they’d ‘forgotten’ to send check in details so I’d to stand around until they’d sent them - that’s after I reached out. I’d then made it inside, made it to my room, where things only got worse. I was greeted by the most horrible smell with a bin bag right at my feet as I opened the door, with weird poo like stains across the wall next to the front door. The floor was covered in dirt, dirty dishes were out, and the bed looked disgusting, with weird stains on it. I’ll just call the stains weird in case children read this. They transferred me to a basement room in another of there properties. Moreover, I wasn’t illegible for compensation based of a technicality. A horrible experience. Book here at your own risk.

absolutely disgusting. my teenage daughter stayed here for just over a month while working with her school. absolute filth fest when she got there. floors were covered in dirt and dust and the bed sheets were covered in stains. her key went missing out of her padlock with a passcode never to be seen again. had to get the locks changed. very loud from both other guests and the outdoors, not sound proof windows at all. she had maggots all over her bedroom floor when she woke up one morning. disgusting. the cleaners are clearly not qualified, most of the them looked the same age as my 15 year old daughter, certainly no older than 18. they were wearing pajamas to work, completely unprofessional. when we told them about the maggots not only were they first denying any maggots even being there, but once they finally began cleaning they stated all where gone. that night hundreds more emerged from my child’s bed. she stayed during the summer, there was no air con just a crappy old fan covered in dust, so when using it, it sprayed dust all over her. not only that but it made very loud clunking noises all through the night, awaking my daughter from her much needed slumber. ||for a whole week her room was at 32 degrees celsius. 32. extremely inhumane. not living conditions at all. ||the cutlery in her draws were dirty and not hygienic, they even had old food all over them from previous guests. ||||I am disgraced by her stay. we did of course end up picking her up and taking her home at the beginning of what was supposed to be her second week. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Written during stay: This has been the AWFUL stay so far. One of the worst places we have ever stayed. So many things. The worst being that the lift is broken, I've just had a knee op and walking up 3 flights of stairs is almost impossible for me. I've been in contact with customer service. I would NEVER have booked a third floor room without a lift. |We're considering checking out today and not staying the 2nd night as so difficult. |The room is also very dirty. Photos available if these would help people. |Unacceptably cold at night. |The wardrobe doors are hanging off and can't be opened. |No soap or body wash -empty dispensers in bathroom. |Shower unusable. Temp either freezing cold or scalding hot with nothing between. |Duvet cover and other bed linen obviously not clean.|To cap it all, fire alarm went off at 7.30 AM this morning. ||All for >£300 for 2 nights! With no daily housekeeping and no breakfast. A terrible waste of money. |Would absolutely advise everyone to avoid. |Please note: Almost ALL my previous reviews have been very positive. ||Update 10/12/24: left 1 night early: Despite numerous phone calls and emails, and despite us feeling we absolutely couldn’t stay a 2nd night because of issues that included the lift not working, the unacceptable level of cleanliness/hygiene, the unusable shower, the noise and the fact that the room was so cold at night, we were only offered a 10% reimbursement. Unacceptable.

I cannot advise strongly enough that this venue should be avoided at all costs. Aside from the filthy condition of the room and communal areas the venue is plagued by noise late into the night and a constant smell of weed wafting in from the street. The staff I did see were completely disinterested in their role and seemed untrained and unaware of even basic hygiene standards that should be applied to this type of accommodation. One particular concern was the mountains of rubbish and laundry awaiting collection which was stored in the car park, directly under occupied accommodation behind unlocked gates, this is a recipe for disaster and a completely unacceptable and avoidable fire risk, when raised with one of the cleaning staff they shrugged their shoulders and threw more linen onto the pile. I dread to think what a deeper inspection of fire safety would reveal.

Based on a number of concerns raised by previous reviews, we were a bit wary but the apartment satisfied our needs for a one night stop. The rooms was clean, centrally located and easily accessible through the instructions given.
There could have been a few additional touches like a rug, a welcome note, a box of tissues, the soap dispenser needs some attention, the fan needed to be used but it hadn't been cleaned at all and was dusty. Other than that it was a great space, quite spacious, and a comfortable bed. We managed to get building parking as well included in the price. I would recommend the place for a stopover in Bristol.
