Amazing customer service from everyone, from the security guy to the cashier Anna, who had a lot of patience with my return(i think i have had 50 items). Everyone was polite and helpful. I’ reading the comments and i can’t believe what people are saying; guys, you need to think that the cashiers are not just at the tills, they have other tasks also and the industry now is cutting the expenses in every store, ie less staff, same amount of work… So if you want a tidy store, then don’t throw everything on the floor, put them back on the hangers or shelves. Anyway, thank you Anna for your patience!

Unfriendly staff, poor customer service is my main issue in this store, in addition to products on the shelves being dusty/worn out and dont give a ‘new’ look. We were looking for a briefcase for men and it seemed like there was only one piece (although the stock check machine said there should be 2 on the shop floor) in the Windsor store, so didn’t have much choice but to buy the same one as we urgently needed one. Not a happy customer here!

Very shocked at how messy the store was (and I’m male). Visiting from overseas so not sure if it is the overwhelming attitude from customers or staff but tons of clothing just slung and left on floor. Such a shame this seems acceptable.

It’s a small store but with a good selection of clothes. It can be very busy sometimes, especially on weekends, so get ready to queue to the tills. I’ve read other comments about staff but I have not experienced any bad customer service here yet. I guess that recruitment is a huge challenge and I’m not surprised that sometimes they don’t get it right. After all most of the interviews are a waste of time as you find more about the individual’s capability and ability to work within first week.

So disgusting finding this jacket that I bought yesterday from the Zara Windsor store. Completely disappointed seeing this jacket having a cut at the back. I paid 70 pound to have this jacket in the rain with full of water because of the cut. Never recommend anyone to visit and buy anything from this Zara brand.

The most poorly run Zara store on this planet, unfriendly staff, literally only one person serving in men’s all the time. Had better service when I’ve had no coverage on my phone

Some customers have complained about the service they received from an employee. There are no name tags on the employee, probably because he gets a lot of complaints. This is not the first time that Zara has been accused of poor customer service. In fact, the store has a history of receiving complaints about its employees. This latest incident is just another example of why Zara needs to improve its customer service.

Zara has come under fire for the high prices of their clothes compared to the quality of the garments. Some customers have complained that the clothes are not worth the price tag and that they have had issues with threads coming undone and seams ripping.

Zara has responded to the complaints by saying that their prices are in line with other retailers and that the quality of their clothes is on par with what is offered elsewhere.

It is clear that there is a discrepancy between what Zara customers expect in terms of quality and what they are actually getting. Until Zara can address these concerns, it is unlikely that shoppers will be willing to pay premium prices for their clothing.

Clothes are looking good but the quality is really law. Pretty much it can be compared to paying price for gold and getting in return scrap. The people who serve the clients are not very friendly. Specially managers can be rude and cranky when they are bothered to answer the customers. I wish servive had been better, personal approach and less attitude when there had been a complaint brought to attention of the menegment of this store! I had not really had good experience myself.
