Best massage I've ever had. Jack is a brilliant massage therapist who I can't recommend highly enough. Going on a regular basis has taken away really painful back and shoulder pain caused by sitting at a desk for too long.

First time customer here, new to the area and have been self grooming since lockdown - so big step for me to find a new salon!!

I booked in for a brow wax and ended up getting them threaded by the most wonderful woman. Great advice to switch treatments and she explained the pros and cons of each to let me decide. I’ll never wax my brows again, threading was brilliant and I’m so happy with the shape! She also showed me how best to highlight and fill in my brows, embarrassingly highlighting that I’ve been doing it wrong all this time but I am SO GRATEFUL ❤️

Also, my hayfever was shocking and she way so patient with my steaming eyes, even recommended a honey and ginger drink which is now part of my daily summer routine!

Honestly a lovely experience all round and the woman who waxed my brows (I’m so sorry I don’t know her name) was one of the nicest humans I’ve met in a long time. Can’t wait to go back for my next treatment.

I came a couple of weeks ago for a very expensive facial and full body massage. The person doing the treatment asked the pressure I would like and I replied I would like a firm pressure. I reminded the person halfway through, but the massage remained very light - and it was just not good enough. Such a shame. The facial was nice, but I absolutely hated the way they tell you you’re in desperate need of all the products and try to sell you things after the treatment and pressure you to book again. The place itself is very nice, the room is relaxing and the bed is comfortable and heated and it feels very luxurious – but the treatment was really, really disappointing – and not good value for money. Can’t recommend sadly.

Excellent experience. Jennifer was amazing and professional. I felt listened and understood. She performed HD brows and eye lash lift, and for the first time in ages I was happy with the results. Excellent customer service from start to finish with exact results as wished. Highly recommend!
