An excellent retro-theme hotel in a great location in central Bath. Excellent staff, all courteous, happy and friendly. Well stocked bar with local spirits and ales, and a good kitchen for a wholesome breakfast. Clean and comfy white bedding was a highlight too. Pricey, but overall a good experience.

Have absolutely loved our stay here, wonderfully quirky hotel, great spa which was incredibly relaxing. The staff were lovely and hugely helpful.

We had breakfast as well as cocktails which were both fantastic.

Having Chromecast in the room is a good touch but I had to set it up myself as it wasn't working. Also found the room really warm and the bed a bit squishy for my liking!

My wife brought me here for a 2 night break with our two dogs as a birthday treat. It was my first ever visit to Bath.||What a wonderful experience it was with the hotel décor, friendly staff, tasty and well presented breakfast. Another lovely little unique feature is "the pantry" that you can help yourselves to if you fancy a midnight snack.||Our two dogs felt so much at home with their own doggy welcome packs in the rooms and every time we went into the hotel they wanted to say "hello" to the reception staff who greeted them with smiles and affection.||Since it was my birthday I had two treatments in the onsite spa. My therapist was called Charlotte and she gave me the most amazing head massage that I actually fell asleep!!! If you want a really relaxing massage I would recommend Charlotte at the number 15 spa.||It was sad to leave but it will not be the last time that we visit.

Very friendly, relaxed but attentive staff in a beautiful and well appointed hotel that has all the modern conveniences, alongside retaining the beauty of the original Georgian building. ||We were treated very well, especially as it was my partner's birthday. The teepee and toys in the room were also much appreciated by our 4yo. Thank you for a great trip.

This is the second review I have left for a hotel in the guesthouse chain and as I’ve said previously, leaving reviews isn’t something I would usually do. ||This is an expensive hotel and over priced for what you get. I hate confrontation and didn’t address these issues at the time of booking, but feel that others should be aware before booking of the quality you’re receiving. ||We booked a queen bed room and received 2x singles pushed together. There was mould all over the curtains. There was large areas of cracked paint, with paint peeling off in areas of the bathroom. ||Attached are photos. ||It’s outrageous that this hotel feels they can charge such high prices when the quality of the product is so poor. The staff, although, were lovely and accommodating. ||I tried reaching out to someone prior to leaving this review but never heard back.

We stayed for our mini-moon and we are so pleased we did. I called to ask for the best room to book as my husband wanted to look out over the street and she helped pick perfectly. When we entered the room it was beautiful with champagne on ice and the perfect little touch was classic fm playing on the radio which really the cherry on top. Service was flawless throughout our stay and the breakfast was delicious too.

The best little guest house ever, perfect in every way. ||The locality, the ambiance, the relaxed atmosphere, the cleanliness, the staff . ||In the most fabulous setting so close to everything, for me just perfect! ||Close to theatres, the best shops, an abundance of restaurants to suit everyone and just so much to enjoy . The weather isn’t important you just take advantage of the lovely Spa at the hotel and relax or hop in and out of the shops. ||Visit at a special time of year or just when you need to get away n from everything, with your spouse, friend or partner there is definitely something for everyone to enjoy.

No.15 Bath has it all! From wonderful customer service, delicious food, tasty cocktails and the most wonderful copper bath experience at the spa. I’ve stayed here a year ago and it truly meets everything you expect and more. As I had such a wonderful time, we’d booked for a surprise weekend for my Mums 60th and the team did everything to make it phenomenal. Thank you No.15 we will be back and look forward to trying your other properties.
