We had the room at the top of the house with steep stairs, no elevator if that is your concern. It was perfect for what we needed for our 2 nights of jet-lag recovery. Clean, comfy rooms and beds. Shower struggled when we all needed to shower on the same morning. I don't know if there is a bad location in Bath, but you are right between the Crescent and the Circus which is lovely for walking. This is a Rick Steves recommendation and exactly as expected.

Smack in the middle of great sites, not far from downtown as well as near the Royal Crescent and the Royal Victoria Park. You can even get the tootbus from near it, tootbus is a must as it goes to all the sightseeing locations, and the city bus comes in regular intervals, I recommend downloading their app. It is just a bit inside from The Circus. Great location, great rooms, great prices. It's a nice place to stay to relax after a hectic day of travel. Would definitely recommend it.

The room was excellent. Comfy bed and well appointed. The bathroom was bright and clean. Lots of hot water and well stocked. Location was great, although a bit of a walk from the city center and the bus and train stations.

What a quirky and brilliantly positioned guesthouse! It is right next to the Circus and Royal Crescent- walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. ||The staff/owners were extremely helpful, the room was clean and it offered everything we needed for a great night away exploring Bath.

This place was booked on our behalf by Rabbie's Tours as part of one of their 2-day tours. We were very happy with their choice. The guest house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The breakfast did not disappoint those of us who enjoy a hearty breakfast. Highly recommend this place for anyone overnighting in Bath..

Recommended by Rick Steves travel guide, this place did not disappoint. It's in a fancy neighborhood, but a quick walk to the Roman baths, the walking tours, and other sights. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the hot water lasted the duration of my shower. Highly recommended.

Very nice place that was quite central and easy to get everywhere we needed in Bath. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The shower pressure was terrible and made it very hard to have a shower, which was the biggest downfall of the place. Everything else we loved, including the amazing service of the staff.
