We really had a good time here. The owners were very kind and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was exceptional. The place is only an easy 12min drive from Bath town centre, so if you would prefer to be on the countryside instead of the town, I would highly recommend this place. You will love it, I am pretty sure. 😏

Exceptional. Beautiful home. Great room with a big comfortable snug bed. Lovely bathroom. The Crown - pub just down the road was amazing. It was quaint and the food was excellent. |Breakfast was superb. Freshly baked homemade bread was the icing on the cake. |Great parking. All in all a great place.

Lovely property with very friendly & helpful owners. Fantastic breakfast with home baked Stour bread. Our room was lovely, as was the bathroom & dining room, all were spotless. Great to be able to park there & easy to get into Bath. Lovely pub just down the road as well. Thank you so much

Lovely B&B farmhouse in the small village of Kelston and convenient for visiting Bath. Rooms were big and traditional and beautifully decorated. Very comfy beds. The lady of the house was a polite and friendly host who baked fresh bread for us each morning and provided a lovely farmhouse style continental breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Spent two very nice days here whilst visiting Bath for the first time.
1870 Farmhouse and hosts Vanessa and Murray made us most welcome in a relaxed style !
Perfect location with a superb local pub just 100 yards walk for great food & service !

I had a really great experience. First of all, the location is very good: you're a very short bus journey away from Bath city centre, but it's also secluded enough to have very pleasant rural areas to walk around right next to the Farmhouse.||The room was excellent, with a picturesque view from the window and a very comfortable bed. The hostess was very kind. Last but certainly not least, the breakfast was brilliant, with a wide range of very fresh and delicious food (e.g. selection of good cheeses, fruits, jams, bread, ham, good coffee and tea...I'm sure I'm forgetting other things too) and there was a very nice relaxing atmosphere at the breakfast table in a house which is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside.||We stayed during the May bank holiday weekend, and while our whole trip to Bath was very enjoyable, I feel it would not have been the same quality of experience had we had not stayed in this farmhouse. I really cannot recommend it highly enough!

We had an amazing stay here and absolutely loved the beautiful house and room, wonderful location, very comfy bed, and incredible breakfast complete with freshly baked bread and local delights. The hosts were wonderful too. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning next time we are staying in the bath area.

We had a relaxing stay at Roundhill Farmhouse. Close to Bath but still distant enough to be in the hilly countryside, which was very scenic. The decor of our room was beautiful, the breakfast was fabulous and the bed deserves a special mention as it was amazing! Vanessa was a lovely and accommodating host.
