We stayed 2 nights at Homewood as part of our minimoon and had a wonderful time. Cherry who checked us in was lovely, she congratulated us asked about the wedding and helped with our bags. When we got to our room there was chocolates, wine and a card for us which was a special touch. We had room service first night food, ordering food was easy and it as all delicious. quite quiet. We had a lovely and relaxing time at the spa. There are a nice amount of pools and thermal experiences. I had the total holistic treatment. Sophie was great she talked through everything she was going to do and all the products. After the stress and built up of our wedding it was lovely and felt rejuvenated after. Food at the restaurant was very good. We had a marvellous room, the room was very big and the bed was very comfy. We were sad our stay had to come to an end and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Homewood. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, with plenty of cozy spots to enjoy a drink or a meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, and every meal we had was both generous and delicious. We loved the fantastic dog walks in the area, and the hotel provided a helpful map with various distance options. We were also able to take advantage of the spa, which has excellent indoor and outdoor facilities. All a truly delightful experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Homewood for our honeymoon. Staff were so friendly and it felt like they really got to know us during our stay. The room and facilities were just gorgeous - with so many little touches to make it extra special.
Our dog was very well looked after and we really appreciated that we could bring her to the poolside area so we could all relax together.
The food is just incredible. We are vegan so are usually limited on options but here there was so much we could have and staff were really happy to cater for us.
Overall a wonderful stay and we already want to come back soon!

My family treated me to a special lunch as a surprise for my birthday and it was absolutely stunning . We had amazing staff who attended our every need , nothing was too much trouble , the food was delicious, we walked to the gardens with the fresh grown vegetables and flowers, the animal topiary was incredible. The interior of the restaurant was so beautiful and lovely to see and make our day so enjoyable. It really was a day to remember.

The hotel is beautiful, lovely surroundings. We had lunch on the terrace which was great. The spa was amazing - beautiful facilities- however there were young children diving and splashing in the pool which wasn't relaxing! There are signs saying no children in the spa pool but staff didn’t reinforce it. The website says no children under 16 but these children were about 10/11 - Took the relaxing out of the experience and when we bought it up with hotel they said residents children can go in the pools but they don’t make that clear on their website or booking. Based on that i wouldn’t attend the spa again. (Fyi i have children but wasn’t expecting to be splashed by kids after paying £100 each to use the spa!)

I brought my Son and his dog for a celebratory dinner here. Food and service was outstanding. The ladies at reception went that extra mile to make sure my autistic Son was seated somewhere quiet and the bartender made him a wonderful mocktail. They were so welcoming and let us wander the magnificent grounds after our meal. I can’t thank them enough for being so welcoming and accommodating.

I recently had an amazing stay at Homewood and felt truly special throughout. The hotel went above and beyond in looking after our two dogs, which made our experience even better.

One highlight was our room on the last night, which featured a fantastic hot tub and an incredible terrace. The food was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

There were a few minor issues, such as the service being a bit slow at times. However, the staff were always friendly and kind, which made up for it. Additionally, while the room decor wasn’t exactly to our taste, being a bit too bold for us, we appreciate that this is subjective.

With a few small changes, I believe this hotel could easily become a 5-star destination. We look forward to visiting again, especially with our dogs.
