Loved our overnight stay at The Cedars. We arrived early from Bristol and didn’t expect to be able to check in, but the room was ready, so we settled in before heading into Bath. The weather was good and it’s a lovely 45 minute walk along the canal.

The room was fantastic - everything new and incredibly comfortable. Lots of attention to detail.

The breakfast tray left outside the door at 8am was a real treat; the room had a dining area, making it the perfect way to start the day.

The owners are a really friendly couple and couldn’t be more welcoming. They deserve to do well.

We stayed for eight nights on holiday at the beginning of May, leaving our car parked on the premises and travelling in and out of Bath City centre each day on the No 3 bus, which left from a bus stop about five seconds away. The bed was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was good. The room had a strong, reliable WiFi connection. We were in room 5 and were fortunate to experience no appreciable noise from neighbouring rooms. ||Breakfast was brought to our room each day at about eight o'clock on a large tray; there was a plentiful variety of food to eat, including boiled eggs, granola, croissants, bread, cheese, fresh fruit etc. We had a toaster, fridge and kettle in our room, and we ate some of our breakfast items later. We also bought some items from the village shop. We were glad that our room had a small dining room table.

Stayed at this brilliant B & B for three nights.||Stayed in Room 4 and have to say had every home comfort.||Brilliant breakfast was served at 8.00am every morning, from fresh fruit, boiled eggs, croissant, and cereals etc., something for everyone.||Room was very modern and bed very comfortable.||Also off road parking.||Outside the property is the bus stop for the number 3 bus to Bath. ||And next door a very nice pub the Crown.||This is a must place to stay

What a lovely find. Stayed for two nights. Quiet peaceful room (4) with pretty view across the fields. Sumptuous breakfast was a lovely suprise. Gilly & Dominic have thought of everything. Easy booking and I received a text just before arrival explaining check in, but Gilly was on hand anyway to ensure everything went smoothly. Convenient bus stop right outside the drive for easy and quick access into Bath (20mins), so no need to worry about parking in the City Thoughtful discount for Key workers, so have wholeheartedly recommended to colleagues. |The Crown next door ideal for first night meal

I used The Cedars as a stopover point on my travels and was absolutely delighted with my find. The owners were lovely and extremely helpful. The room was super clean and comfy. Out of the main town but not too far away. Next door is a nice pub that serves great food. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay again. Thank you.
