If you want and expect a warm friendly welcome on arrival then this is the place!! Lovely people who make you feel at ease. I treated myself to a menopause back and scalp massage to help with the stress and anxiety it causes and Bella delivered. Because I know how tense my shouldblades can be I opted for light pressure and it was perfect. I'm definitely making this a regular occurrence and will look at other treatments too. Had to cancel before Xmas due to ill health. Was in the time limit for cancellations in order to receive deposit back. Have phoned and left a message, emailed twice and unfortunately no response to any communication regarding refund. Would appreciate some follow up from company please dates and details in my previous emails for clarification. Thankyou

Can’t fault this place in any way. Every booking has been seamless from start to finish: the barn send reminders and I’ve never had a problem rescheduling if needed. My treatments are always amazing and the team are so professional and so personable and such perfectionists in everything they do! Gorgeous team in a gorgeous place. 100% recommend.

I love this salon. The building is lovely. The staff are all very friendly. I have regular facial treatments and always leave relaxed and feeling refreshed. They keep up with all the latest advances in beauty treatments. Would recommend a visit if you have never been. Even better now due to the bakery and coffee house next door.

Joanna and the team are so knowledgeable and professional. I first attended a year ago feeling really low about my skin and was recommended some treatments alongside advice on skincare products. I have been having my hair done with Lindsay for many years. She is an excellent hairdresser, professional polite and always attentive. BUT last Autumn/winter the premises she works from The Beauty Barn were extremely cold. It would appear that the owner does not consider the clients who pay for treatment especially when you are sitting with wet hair. Today again a cold day and the premises did not have heating. I would expect beauty and hairdressing premises to be heated to a comfortable degree. I do hope this can be rectified and the owner will note that the minimum temperature in the workplace should be 16 Celsius.

Was Ruth’s first customer on Wednesday 19th January. Had manicure and pedicure, thrilled with results and it was very relaxing. Have been a customer for last couple of years. Lovely setting and great staff! Massages and facials are excellent too!

I used to go the Beauty Barn for years but since it has changed hands it has certainly gone down hill. I was bought a voucher for my birthday 6 months ago but since having a baby unfortunately the voucher expired as I just haven’t had the chance to make the appointment. I rang to explain and see if there was anything they could do which I understand in some circumstances there isn’t but the way the manager spoke to me over the phone was disgusting. Absolutely awful customer service and will certainly never be using the Beauty Barn again.
